I find it painful to hike, sit, lie down, capably pretty much do anything.
Has anyone had this sort of problem until that time and what have you don't to assistance reduce cramp and etc?

You seem to be to have deeply going on in your life, girl. I've read adjectives your questions but could not afford an answer to all.
After four years coming out of a vehicle accident you are sense pain. Well, not really. I wouldn't influence it was the disaster.
And increase hormones don't inflict such demonstrated pain, any.
You have other issues. You may enjoy arthritis.
If you haven't heard of Arthritis past then Arthritis is a combined disorder featuring inflammation. A united is an area of the body where on earth two different bones meet. A pooled functions to move the body parts connected by its bones. Arthritis literally means inflammation of one or more joint...
There are many forms of arthritis (over one hundred and growing). The forms stock from those related to wear and tear of cartilage (such as osteoarthritis) to those associated near inflammation resulting from an over-active immune system (such as rheumatoid arthritis)
I hope you get better. I detest to feel you are mortified. Bye for now.
When you get going birth controll?
I do have common issues but not in that nouns that I know of yet (still trying to find this out myself because of some symptoms I've have in times gone by 6 months) but what I sometimes do for the pain within is to apply heat to the nouns. You could ask about consulting a chiropractor if your parents are comfortable near that idea (and if insurance covers it) but I would also recommend a consultation near a rheumatologist (a dr that treats diseases and disorders of the boines and joints) to see if they can give some clues as to what is cause the pain.
Another opportunity that the dr could suggest may be to try physical therapy as in good health if you haven't already because they may be able to suggest meek stretches that could help some of this headache.
I would see a chiropractor. I work for one and see many cases similar to your every day. They would definitley be capable of help. Before you choose one, telephone your insurance company and check on your chiropractic benefits. (These often oscillate from normal medical benefits.) Also, look for one that graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Palmer is the most respected college for chiropractic in the country. If you find a honourable chiropractor, they will refer you out if they cannot help/if you aren't getting any better after a number of visit. Seriously, though, chiropractic can work wonders!
