I own something that feel resembling it needs to crack or pop within my butt bone!Help!!...

Im pregnant and i can't find a safe road to stretch this thing surrounded by my butt bone, when i do lunges it helps but i have need of it to crack or release. How can i do that?

Sounds like it might be a tight ligament. Pregnancy hormones loosen your joints and tendons within preparation for birth, but things do tighten up if you spend a lot of time sitting or standing in one position. Keep doing the pregnancy exercises, but agree to your doctor too.
