I don't have a really flabby stomach its truly flat everywhere except for the area around where on earth my incision was done its not foolproof, I just want to know how to where a bikini again and quality as confident as I did before kids. I enjoy three boys my youngest is 3 and i have have two cesereans.

I guess it depends on the incision. I had a friend who get into dieting and kickboxing hard after her tot and she dropped to a size 2-4, but around the incision she always have a very slight "bump". But she looked fine in a bikini - no six pack though.

Keep in mind guys, this cut through the muscles.

The smaller the incision the easier it'll be. She have an emergency c-section (as did I) so that's not quite as "delicate" *laugh*
