I need a brand new birth control method!!? HELP!!?

I'm on the DEPO Shot right now, and I have need of a new birth control method because I've gain 30 lbs in the second year and a half. Every 3 months I would turn get my shot I would gain 5 lbs Every 3 months! I involve to get bad it fast!! I don't want to lug the pill because I forget to take my perscribtion pills from my DR. So I know I'll forget to pilfer the pill. I don't want to use the patch either. Anything else that I could use other the condoms, that won't build me gain weight any!

There are various other hormonal options besides the shot and the pill.

There is NuvaRing, which I am on, and you solely need to remove it the week you own your period, and consequently insert another one a week later.

There is the slip, which is inserted into your arm (and is small enough so that not a soul would notice it), and you don't necessitate to have it changed for three years.

And in that are intrauterine devices (IUDs). There are two types of IUDs. One is hormonal, and the other is not. The hormonal one, Mirena, is inserted into your uterus through your cervix and can be left surrounded by for up to five years. All these hormonal methods are 99.9% influential at protecting against pregnancy. As for gaining shipment, these are all lower-dose option than the shot (which I would NEVER recommend to anyone), so they are much less probable to cause such severe side effects, but the actual results will depend on your body and its hormone level. Your doctor can help you wish which method would be best for you and your lifestyle.

Unfortunately one of the main side effects of the Depo shot is freight gain which I why I chose to not go on it, as very well as the missing periods. You can carry off the shot which I would reccommend by it will still appropriate a while to lose all of the counterbalance. I read somewhere it takes in the region of 2 years for your body to get posterior to normal after the Depo shot. I use the pill which I really am not too fond of because sometimes I can't remember to lift it right on time every light of day.

The Nuva Ring may be a good selection. It's a tiny hormonal ring that is inserted for three weeks in the vagina and is taken out the week you own your period. It's vanished in the refrigerator until it's all set to be inserted for the three weeks. Personally I would feel self-conscious with this and I'm not sure how it stays surrounded by (especially with sex) but it seem to work. And you don't have to verbs about it for three weeks.

There are also IUDs which I regard can stay in your vagina for several years. I'm not too adapted with these.
