I have a friend that get period craps so impossible that her Dr gives her Vicodin. The simply problem with that it can rationale you to be constipated. and that can hurt.

Tylenol does nothing for anyone except children and infant's. to me that's like taking a sugar pill.

Ibuprofen is devout, that has worked some for me. but again, over the counter medication doesn't do much.

i hear it from my grandma... massaging your ankles (somewhere contained by the Achilles tendons) for 3-5 minutes everyday will lessen the chances of have an abdominal cramps during your period. (just don't do the squeeze during your period)
