Morning sickness remedies!?

Or should I say adjectives day sickness. I'm going into my 6th week of nausea , and 'm merely 9 weeks. If you can think of something that may abet , please post it..

Everbody told me crackers and toast. Thhat be worst cause it be to dry. So red delicous apples and baby carrot helped and to bestill sitting up beside them to eat. It have to be crunchy juicy apple,and duplicate with the carrot. I carried some with me adjectives the time cause I would go and get car sick and from different oders. Apples worked the best.
