Genital sore?

I have sore, but own no idea what it could be from.. I enjoy never had sex, or any sexual contact whatsoever. It burns to pee and its be there for a few days, but I dont want to run to the doctor. Anyone know what it is, or if it has happen to you, or if it will go away on its own?

must have nick yourself shaving. Any sore down there will surface burned by p*ss. try using an antibacterial ointment on it, that will relief. probably will clear up soon, if not DO turn to a doc.

Am 48 and wd like to know when to start going on hormonal treatment and whether it is undisruptive.?

If it goes away, I would simply leave it at that. I enjoy had like peas in a pod thing take place to me once or twice. I don't have an STD. It usually go away a couple of days later. Honest evaluation, don't sweat it. Best of wishes!
