Menstual Cycle and Spironolactone?

I am a little confused. I stopped discussion birth control over a year ago. 6 months later, my frontage started to break out in ways I own never experienced. 4 months later, I go to a dermatologist to see about clearing it up.

She said that my hormones probably be out of whack due to the birth control and gave me Spironolactone to thieve. My skin has be great-I've been taking it for 6 months. Then we moved to a different city and I have to linger for my new condition insurance to kick contained by with my exotic job.

The ending couple of months, I have have mid-cycle spotting-very brownish. I was concerned the first month. The second month (I spotted twice within a 50 day cycle) I figure it was a side effect of the spiro combined near the stress of moving. This month, I am on day 21 (of a typical 38-42 morning cycle) and I'm cramping and bleeding, not just spotting. I'm a bit concerned!

Does Spiro have effects resembling this? Is this normal?

And no-we are not trying to attain pregnant.
