How to reduce PMS?

Is there anyway to assuage the symptoms of PMS without have to go on birthcontrol or something. I procure bitchy two weeks before my perioed, cry for no drive, feel hopeless, my breasts hurt, i'm thirsty adjectives the time, get impossible cramps. The moodiness part have started to affect my relationships with friends the bf and its similar to i hardly enjoy control over it!

ibuprofen is my god on my interval!! and those heating pad you can get from resembling rite-aid also are REALLY good for cramps. i touch your pain sister!! i aversion guys who say its purely an excuse to be a b*tch, they just DONT take in.

Is it normal?

I find that birth control is the best to cope PMS but since you don't want to use it the just other thing i find that can give support to is strong pain killer, i use to get lower rear legs pain and headache and painkillers would work to a certain level but they wouldn't make it totally turn away.
I've been using the Implanon for 3 months in a minute and i haven't had my length or PMS for 2 and a half months, i construe it's great, coz i hated taking the pill, i get sick from it and i hated remembering.
you should try birth control, it's not as impossible as it sounds.
