Help my coat is falling out in the shower?

im 16 years old and I am a girl, ive have awsome hair for resembling ever but lately everytime i take a shower it seem to be falling out more i know it is natural to lose a hundread strands a time but im still worried do you have any philosophy as to what i could do to make it not slump out. thanks a bunch

I am 18, and it seem that all the girls surrounded by my class are losing hair. I'm not sure why, I judge it might just be something that happen to girls towards the end of puberty. As a preteen, I have really thick tresses (my ponytail had a 3" diameter), but my mane has thinned out and the texture have changed. It's a part of natural life. See a doctor if you notice your coat getting really thin, but otherwise, don't verbs about it.

Try to wear your spine down whenever possible. Ponytails and buns are heavy, and they tug at your scalp, putting stress on the down follicles and causing them to plunge out.

One reason that your spine might be falling out is stress. It's exam season, which is a stressful time. It seems pointless for me to of late say, "be smaller quantity stressed," but I strongly suggest that you take a weekend to yourself and lately take it flowing. Hang out around the hour and be sure to spend some leisure time. Take a relaxing tub, listen to relaxing music, take nap, try some light exercise, or do anything you can to cut down on stress and anxiety.

it could be that your just overstressed and its your bodys means of access of dealing with it. relax for a while, and see if that help. if not afterwards go to the doctor, near may be an underlying cause considering that spike loss doesnt happen to heaps people your age. fitting luck

this is impressively common at ur age, it really could be result in by anything so im going to tell u adjectives the possibilites

1. lack of protien, if ur a vegatarian u may not be getting the protien u stipulation or if ur not ur just not drinking healthy

what u can do is try to eat plenty of RED meat like beef or pork and i dont show red as not cooked , just not chicken or turkey

also if ur veggie besure to put away rice and beans TOGETHER to make the complex protien u nees

2.STRESS teenagers are other stressed out and that can cause down loss

not much u can do about it except relax

if u deem you might be stressed try some of these relaxing exersizes, layout on the floor, slowly tighten every muscle in ur body all the means of access from your head to ur toes, hold for 15 second then completly discharge. also try meditaing which is being surrounded by a silent place and emptying ur mind so u dont ruminate about anything for atleast partially anhour

do these everyday

3. i dont want to be the bearer of bad report but if balding runs in ur family after u could have a shield of premature balding but thats unlikely

4.over brushing your hair, most ethnic group dont relize this but if u brush your hair too much u will break it which cause it to fall out

so brush ur hackle gently starting at the bottom and working ur approach up =]]

i am a guy and i enjoy long hair (like a foot long) so what i do is put epoxy resin in my coat then it will not trickle out
