Right. Well. Im Just About To Come Onto My Very Second Period. =\ And Anyway. Im Fine With The Cramps. But Its All The Blood That Gets Me Worried, I Mean How Much Are You Meant To Bleed? And Does Anyone Know A Way I Can Deal With It. Gosh It Really Scares Me. Pfft. Please Help!

its adjectives right. different people bleed different amounts. theres nought scary bout it. u'll catch used 2 it in a few months.slight stomach ache are common 2-3 days beforehand u begin. dont verbs. its all pure.

It's ok. with the stomach cramps bring back some midal or pampern or aleve. you might have to try and see which one works next to you. Also drink fluid during your period. It help keep you hydrated and if you are hydrated you won't acquire bad headache. Don't stress out, it's ok. Just talk to your mom or a elder sister or friend that you feel comfortable near. You will get use to it, we adjectives do. :)
