Aromatherapy oil or essential oils are awfully powerful, so extra care is needed until that time using them especially when someone is pregnant. It is always a well brought-up idea to check beside a professional aromatherapist, herbalist, or dermatologist and your OB/GYN when in doubt. A press therapist who specializes within pregnancy massage is another honest source to ask about what oil you can use.

Use the smallest amount of oil as possible until you know how your body will take action to it. You do not want to use the oils directly on the skin minus using some type of carrier grease first like jojoba, sweet almond, or grapeseed. Jojoba grease is closet to the natural oil that the body produces. The sites below will give you a account of the oils to avoid during pregnancy and other constructive tips when using aromatherapy oils or essential oil. I did not see any of the oils you timetabled as ones you should avoid, but still take word of warning when using them while pregnant.
