Help.. please? counterweight related.?


I'm 5'6, and 135 lbs, I want to lose about 15-20 lbs. My mom criticizes me but afterwards I ask other people and they read aloud "you're not fat." I lately need more suggestions. For more or less four months I've cut off adjectives drinks except just river and 100% juice. I haven't have any fast food, etc but my shipment still stays the same. My calorie intake be decreased drastically..But not to the point where on earth it's unhealthy. Around 1000 calories a afternoon is what I'm getting. I thought I would've started losing weight? I'll be a junior subsequent year, and I would really like to look better..

We're around to move on May 30th, and when we go and get settled in I would similar to to start exercising every morning(I'm a morning person).. Any suggestions? Do you think this is a flawless idea? I'd close to to lose the most weight around my thighs, the problem is near that it's alot of muscle.. =/ Not fat. I would also approaching to slim down overall. Help..?

thats strange that you havent lost any consignment yet. That really doesn't seem to be fat to me though. its other good to lose a few pounds logically. i bet when you start exercising things will slim down easier. Your diet sounds perfect, you must enjoy a lot of will power, i dont know what i would do lacking coke. when you move and start your little exercise routine i would take an ipod and run for an hour or two. if you have a dog bring him along too. Ladies, does it really exist?

135 pounds is a hygienic weight for your vigour. It would be safe to lose perchance 10 pounds, but 20 is pushing it. You're body might not be responsing to your weight lose pains because you are just designed to be the way you are. Don't verbs about it.

P.S. liquid, even 100% fruit juice is totally high contained by calories, often over 150 calories for lately 8 oz., most single serve bottles are 16-20oz, which can add up to 300+ calories on lately one drink.

Honey! Your body mass index is in the correct range, so you should with the sole purpose lose about 5 - 10 lbs. I am truly 145 lbs. and 5'9. I would suggest to start speed-walking 30 min a day, and possibly jog after a month of walking. This should relieve considerably.

PS ... My mom was the one that be concerned about my consignment, too, so I know how annoying it is! Maybe you need to own a better posture? Just remind yourself to stand up straight and it makes you look slimmer. Good luck!! :)
