B Complex dosage...and smell?

I been taking a super B-Complex vitamin respectively morning. The smell is horrible but I get it down...later throughout the day I can still smell it. Ick! Anyway, are you to pinch just 1 a afternoon because I read someplace it says up to three a daytime. Anyone else take 3 a light of day?

I've taken B Complex vitamins for a little while. I simply took one pill a day within the morning along with my other vitamins. I never notice a weird smell from it though. It will turn your urine bright wan though. I never noticed any difference when I took it and I didn't.. so I stopped taking it.
