I just get Mirena 2 weeks ago.?
I just have mirena inserted 2 weeks and 2 days ago. It was for a time painful but I get over it. I've had some cramping and some messy bleeding for like on light of day or a couple hours, more that spotting but less that a length day. I go to the doctor for my check up a week later, so he could check to build sure it was inserted and no infections..anything. Then during the exam he mentioned that there be more discharge than normal and it be yellowish and foamy. So he tested me for Std's and did a dna test. Right away he looked at it and said that it was white blood cell on my cervix and he gave me some medication to run, antibiotics. So I take the medication and then he call and says everything is unflawed the test come back fine, he in actual fact said perfect. But yesterday I hold symptoms of a yest infection.
So now I start to look up side effects and adjectives I'm finding are websites of people who revulsion the mirena IUD. now I'm regretting it. How does everyone else have a feeling about theirs?

I have have one since Feb and LOVE mine. It takes most women 3-6 months to adjust to it. Of course the stories you hear are the worst. No one posts "and zilch happened".
IUDs are the most widely used form of birth control in the WORLD.
Treat the yeast infection. Some increase discharge is conventional after the insertion but a yeast infection can happen.

I've had no problems beside mine.Did the doctor wear rubber gloves when he put it in?Maybe you had the yeast infection back it was inserted.I close to rough hard sex is that discouraging?
Sweetie, I've had mine for a year and a partially and I've had heaps side effects. This doesn't happen to everyone. I've have weight gain, fuzz loss, mood swings and no sex drive. I am a Mirena lover, I'm just not loving what it does to me. Before this issues I be in glory. I have to concede that at this moment I can't wait for it to be removed. But you call for to be happy near it. If it concerns you as much as it concerns me than you need to do what I'm going on for to do... get it removed. I'm sorry it didn't worked out for us...
