Forgot pill?

Hi I have forgotten my pill for 2 days and own left them at home today - Havent have sex since sunday, if i take one at lunch and one at dark will i be ok? Very worried

taking 2 in a light of day WILL NOT fix your contraceptive cover! take one a morning until the end of the pack. Use a condom as okay for the next 10-14 days to be past the worst.

If this is a recurrent problem, consider another form of contraception.

Take all of them when you bring back the soonest chance, you should be ok but I would still be cautious, dont rely on it!! If you get the accident to have sex back your period (dont know if you are contained by relationship or not) take extra precautions.

You will be okay from Sunday's intercourse, yes, but no you won't be okay to have unprotected sex again in a minute until another seven days of taking them properly. Read the instruction leaflet from inside the pack to be sure, or step to the chemist and ask them for one if you have lost it.

Just start taking them again one a light of day as you normally would, and use condoms for the subsequent 7 days or so (or perhaps until the subsequent period, freshly to be sure). Taking extra pills doesn't give you extra protection.
