I own a tightness in both my legs during darkness and day it is hurting?

i am retired, i have be active most of my natural life except for the past few years, have a shop just involves plentifully of stand and being too tired to exercise at any time. All parts of my legs are affected

May be a vitamin deficiency, however standing for long period of time isn't a good entry. If possible bring a step stool or something else that you could place one foot on at a time and this may relieve some of the pain.

Do you notice any puffiness, swelling, hose down retention? This can cause a premonition of tightness - literally the skin is tight because of accommodating extra volume of fluid in the limbs.
