Started period 2 weeks untimely, for 2 days...pregnancy?

I have be having 8-10 daytime periods for in the order of 8 months. I missed the 1st pill of my birth control pack on Easter Day, and had unprotected sex. I took the morning after pill to be risk-free, and continued to take the birth control resembling normal. I started 2 weeks rash, and I bled for 2 days and it just stopped minus a drop. Could this be a sign of pregnancy? I should start today/tomorrow normally. THanks.

Take a pregnancy try-out if you don't start your period within a few days. However, if you continue to experience this on a regular reason, you want to see a doctor to be checked for underlying female form issues like ovarian cysts or endometriosis that could be cause the spotting.
