PMS while on periood?

Hey, I don't have PMS symptoms while in actual fact on my period the worst of adjectives being i draw from grouchy and have highly bad mood swings and moderately often hurt those around me i want to stop this as it make it hard for me to get hold of on with relations, is the only means of access self-control, if so are here other hings that will help me control it similar to techniques and stuff?

I wonder if you are suffering from PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). I be dx'd with PMDD nearly 4 years ago. I would lash out at my family every month and only just wanted to die. :(

I have found nouns using Yaz birth control pill, it's literally saved my existence (my PMDD is very severe). I know that you aren't looking for suggestion like that, I a moment ago thought I'd bring it up in case you someday want to look into it.

I would ask your OBGYN. I know someone who had similar issues and they be put on something prescribe and it seemed to serve with the short annoyance, mood swings and taking it out on others. All in all it be best for everyone :-) Good luck!
