How much weight can I expect to lose once I stop taking Depo Provera? Experiences near Paraguard: Copper IUD?

I started taking Depo Provera in June of 1998 when I weighed a mere 115 lbs. It is in a minute April 2007; I now weigh 190 lbs. and I am finally considering getting past its sell-by date of the Depo for good. I did stop taking the Depo in August 2005 for just about a year and switched to Ortho Tri Cyclen due to the drastic weight gain. However, my fears come true when I became pregnant. However, I switched rear legs to Depo for reliability. I am now sick and tired of the consignment in my mid part and have fixed to go next to Paraguard, a copper IUD for reliabilty and hormone-free protection.

My question is, have anyone had experiences beside weight loss after Depo Provera? When I did carry off, I lost 20lbs surrounded by 2 months with diet and exercise solely to gain it back once on Depo. Also, any experiences beside the Paraguard copper IUD?

I was on depo for going on for 4 years.and my weight fluctuated alot while on it..the first year My counterweight stayed the same..and later the 2nd year I dropped 10 pounds then the 3rd year gain the 10 pounds back near an extra 5 pounds tacked on..and year 4 I wasnt competent to lose any of it but I also wasnt gaining anything any...I came bad of the depo a year ago..and just times gone by 2 months I was competent to drop 8 pounds. everyone is different but I hope you are able to lose the solidity I know I was miserable when I gain the pounds from the depo..DEPO SUCKS!
