Starting birth control pills for the first time?

Last Monday I went and get birth control pills for the first time. The doctor had me start them right away and said I should skip my subsequent period. Well on Thursday of that same week I started my time of year. Im pretty sure the dr said I should skip my upcoming period so is this commonplace? And how long should this period final? And will I get a regular term again on the placebo pills?

Until your body gets used to the foreign hormones you may experience what is called "break through bleeding". This is completely middle-of-the-road and nothing to verbs about. It may be hurricane lantern spotting or a little heavier approaching a real time of year and could last for a year or a couple of days until your body makes the adjustment. Nothing to verbs about.

I'm 5'5 and consignment 110 pounds, is this normal?

Call your doctor sweetheart so that they can clear up your question and concerns.

It sounds like the hormones within the pills didn't have a arbitrariness to take effect in the past your regular period begin. It's hard to determine lacking being your doctor though.
