Taking Hydroxycut?

This is for my mom :O

What if she was to lift hydroxycut with a capably balanced diet and lots of river, BUT she does not get atleast 30 minutes of cardio a afternoon?

What would happen? Would she still lose bulk?

She might. Hydroxycut is just mega doses of caffeine (in different forms and name on the ingrediants list). Caffeine does make your body work harder (think roughly speaking how you feel after several colas, or cups of coffee), and when your body works harder you do burn calories. She might not identify a difference, but then again she may. It really depends on her personal metabolism, etc.

She might lose for a while weight initially. But lacking regular exercise, she won't keep losing counterweight, and if she loses any it will probably only be a couple of pounds. Me, I have to take them, get through really carefully, and exercise resembling crazy. Hydroxycut was similar to my kicker. It absolutely didn't work on its own, but it help a little when my mass loss from diet and exercise stalled.
