What can I do something like nightime snacking?

At night before bed I procure the urge to snack. The problem is I want to shed a few pounds, and I want to stop but it is so hard because I carry really nervous and on edge if I don't give into the cravings. Its approaching I'm addicted to food. What can I do to get through this so I can lose this substance? Please help if you hold experienced this. THANKS

I know what you're conversation about...I hold a similar problem. When you get the urge, drink a big cup of water to permeate yourself up. If you really do need something to guzzle, eat things next to natural sugar, such as fruit. Hope you are competent to reach your counterweight loss goal the safe and sound and healthy road!

What are some tips for preventing allot of sweat?

At nighttime it's best to eat fruits and vegetables and to drink water. No sugar whatsoever, because you gain more freight at night.

My period are really light- majorly, infact its just a "stain" everyday.im 14, is this typical but quite small

eat cereal, lighter on sugar...
or munch on nuts...and drink sea...
