Is birth control one and only available through doctors or is it over the counter too?

i'm not talking something like condoms because of course thats available over the counter, what i really want to know going on for is the pill. please help me because i cant budge to a doctor.

Yes, you have to budge to a doctor. There are different pills and all different brands and strengths of hormones. Your doctor is the with the sole purpose one by law that can prescribe them. You really don't want to be on the pill in need a doctors supervision, one brand may be bad for you.

Why is it that you can't budge to the doctor? If it's cuz you can't afford it, well you can step to family planning, and they travel off of your income. You hold to go to a doctor to procure on any kind of birth control pills.

BC pills are one and only available through a doctor. You can either walk to a regular doctor's office and gain a prescription to buy them at a pharmacy, go to Planned Parenthood, or to the Health Department contained by your county.
If you get BC pills from a pharmacy, you are looking at $40 and up per month. At Planned Parenthood, the BC pills are any free (depending on your income level) or around $20ish per month. If you are a teen, you can go to PP and usually catch a free exam and pills. At the Health Department, health services are also base on y our income, so it may be completely free.
