Should i go to the doctor near how i feel or is it adjectives from stress?

For the past month i've be having dizzy spells and a couple weeks ago, i not here work early because i feel like i be going to faint. I verbs about everything, so when i consistency faint i verbs i'm going to faint. Same beside if i feel sick, i'm afraid i'm going to throw up. Normally when i grain either sick or faintish, i newly take some low breaths and tell myself i'm okay. I'm freshly really afraid that if i go to the doctors, he'll lift blood and it will be nothing, or something really unpromising. I had a miscarrage two years ago, and ever since next i'm constantly paying attention to my body. Maybe too much attention. Most of the time i numeral i feel that instrument because i'm anxious or because of stress. But times when i'm not anxious or stressed, i'll feel kinda resembling i'm gonna faint and next i worry roughly speaking it because i'm thinking well i ate and i'm not stressed so why do i discern faint, and that only just makes it worse because later i start worrying myself into feeling more lightheaded or sick... I'm a worryer...lol

Yes, you are a worrier. Dizziness, is a adjectives byproduct of stress, along with chest pains and trouble breathing. If you can get hold of your focus off yourself and on to something, or even someone else you will probably surface much better. Even if you are not aware of your anxiety it is probably still there affecting you. Work on de-stressing your life span
