Answers:
Sometimes yes.
You will experience some bloody discharge. It should not be more than a street light period initially. You may verbs to have staining for 12-14 days. If you are experiencing weighty vaginal bleeding or clotting requiring you to change a wipe an hour, you need to send for your physician right away. During the procedure, packing may be used to stop bleeding. It is a natural product that may be spellbound or it may fall out. It may look black or bloody, which is usual. Your physician will tell you if packing be used.
I have a D&C done for diagnostic purposes in 1999 and my dr did not put any loving of packing inside. That doesn't sound typical to me. I would recommend calling your dr to ask about that.
