Women: Question roughly speaking menstrual cramps?

I'm thirteen years old and own had my extent for three years now. Every single month I gain excruciating cramps that keep me contained by bed and not wanting to eat anything because I find nausious. I take an ibuprofen when I become aware of slight cramping, but sometimes it doesn't work and my cramps continue for hours. I homeschool, so when I win cramps it's easy for me to merely go to bed and do my work next in the time. But I'm going to high institution this fall and I can merely imagine what it will be resembling to have to shift through these cramps with adjectives that walking and concentrating on my lessons, when I am groaning anguished. I REALLY would appreciate some menstrual cramp relief. Do any of you hold a good solution?

midol midol midol. DO NOT DRINK COLD LIQUIDS. it tightens the muscles so just drink hot tea. don't tell stories in bed. although its alluring just stride around. i have them really unsuccessfully to the point where i have to go home it be so bad. guzzle bananas. full of potassium which helps profusely. i promise you from the bottom of my heat that adjectives of this works.

When u get pubic lice/crabs are u supposed to shave the pelt off?

Take Midol not Ibuprofin.
Laying in bed in fact makes them worse, you should be more stirring.
It helps to be surrounded by acold place

Diet and excercise question!!?

if the cramps a really beyond the pale, then you should step to a doctor to get some prescription meds to pocket, if you want.

Period help?

Exercise, avoid salt foods, and take motrin (more decisive than midol and ibuprofen/advil). It's helpful to thieve a warm hip bath and to put heating pad on your abdominal area. If you don't own a heating wad, you can use a warm hose down bottle or wet a washcloth contained by hot water and put it surrounded by a plastic bag. I would move about to the doctor. There could be something else going on. I had those problems (they aren't as impossible now) and it was endometriosis. Even if its simply bad cramps, the doctor can tender you something a little stronger. Aleve is the over the counter book of what they used to give me. He also put me on birth control and it help the cramps...I was 13 when I be put on them as well. One more item that I know sounds crazy, I do lamaze type breathing and it eases stale a "little" bit.

What could be the cause of weighty clotting during my period. I freshly want to know if I need to step see a doctor?

What i do (and it really helps) its i make sure when im gonna capture my period and the sunshine before i give somebody a lift something strong for the pain close to motrin. then when i achieve my period any i keep taking or hold something less strong. the entity is to attack the pain beforehand you get it or at lowest make it bareable. hope it works for ya.

I whip Tylenol Extra Stength. It works pretty good, but sometimes it take a while to work. Also, you can get a heat pad and use that. I know it dosn't really give the impression of being like it would work, but it does. Drink tea and squeze a stress globe os something. Try to get your mind sour it. Watch TV or play video games or read, if you feel suitable enough. There's not much else you for it.
