I found on planned maternity.com that you can use some regular birth control pills as the monring after pill,
that's the website.
I use lutera, which says to use 5 pills very soon, and 5 more in 12 hours...my request for information is, should I also take the one pill that I usually steal every day?
Answers:
Every morning I get up up and I have scratch and broses and stuff what is the matter near me?
call your local planned motherliness (or one that you can find a number for) and ask - it's the safest way to know. Most planned parenthoods hold a great nursing staff to answer questions such as this.
If I have to give an well-read guess I'd say you'd not bring your pill on top- you're already going to be nauseated from that dose. and that dose would prevent the pregnancy *unless you are already pregnant (why do you need morning after if you are on birth control?)
remember- it does not END pregnancy, it prevents it. If you are already pregnant it won't do anything at adjectives.
You will get nauseated, specifically normal. after taking the dose, stir back to your commonplace schedule.
virtuous luck =)
You need to ask your doctor this interview. The info on that web site is for information solely, not to replace the medical advice of your doctor. Please don't do this short consulting your doctor.
anyone can print what they want on the website. See a professional.
Having my period on the college trip?
You should not do this at all.If you own conceived, you may kill the tot. Regardless of what uninformed womenanswers.orgs users may tell you, glorious levels of progestin in "Plan B" can produce the abortion of an already conceived human embryo by making the womb’s nourishing endometrium hostile to implantation. The legitimate "Plan B" website states, and I quote:
"Plan B(R) may also work ... by preventing attachment (implantation) to the uterus (womb)," (http://www.go2planb.com/forconsumers/tak... ) The manufacturers (and associated marketing personnel) who peddle this abortifacacient drug demarcate "pregnancy" in the channel that suits them best (i.e., a fertilized egg which has already be implanted in the uterus). Fertilization can pinch place long before that time.
You don't want to live near that guilt. Whether you feel the guilt presently or 10 years from now, it will rupture you up eventually.
The emotional fallout of abortion (whether chemical/planB or otherwise) is what Planned Parenthood thoroughly conveniently forgets to mention. You risk far more than the life of your unborn child (if you enjoy, indeed, conceived). You risk your own physical and psychological wellbeing (now and within the future), as well.
You can't unring a bell. In otherwords, if you progress through with this, near is no going back.
There are other option. I hope you'll consider them.
What are signs of a hormonal imbalance?
I would utter that since it is already a large amount of pills that you are taking that they can override your each day one pill. No you wouldn't have to rob the extra 1 pill.In actuality this is a very unsafe, irresponsible opening to use your birthcontrol. If your on the pill and have be taking it as scheduled, you are most expected not pregnant, if you missed a pill, you are still probably not pregnant. There are safer & better alternatives then overdosing your pills.
do you hold reason to believe your pregnant, i.e. missed length, (which is common) or a positive test?
my wife used Lo/Ovral as plan B- she get it from her girlfriend.
we had a condom break. we be very glad to come accross instructions on how as near was not over the counter plan b at that time.
are you competent to get the over the counter or are you below 18? if you are under 18 can you enjoy one of your older friends (sister, aunt, friend?) seize it for you- this is a known to work instrument to get it.
We be very panicky of being pregnant as the time be not right to have another newborn. luckily we found access to this within 48 hours and it worked.
Just remember what the other girl said- because it is amazingly very true! If you suppose you are pregnant, this isn't what you take- this isn't an abortion drug. It won't do anything but make you nauseated. The baby/fetus/embryo (whatever your choice permanent status is) will be fine. This is a PREVENTION method only. It stops fertilization and *MAY* stop implantation (that apparently hasn't be proven at all within any type of research).
Only take it inwardly 120 hours of sex. the best time is within 48 hours as it hastily diminishes in effectiveness (i know they articulate 72, but our doctor said 48 after the first scare)
i hope that helps a short time.
oh and my wife felt really really harsh after taking her second handful of pills
i'm sickened that some relations would try and scare you resembling this- taking plan B (or a larger dose of birth control, like we did for empire at planned parenthood who couldn't afford Plan B) does NOT destroy a fetus if you are pregnant. it wouldn't harm it at adjectives. any licensed medical professional would tell you so.
but to answer your cross-examine: no, you do not need to embezzle your regular one pill a day. simply make sure you resume your each day pill after you are done with plan b.
however, i would not recommend following those directions on the website. while it IS true, you should other be under the advocate of a medical professional when you do such things.
