The vagina go back to "normal" minutes after have sex. It is a muscle (you can squeeze it) and it does not stretch out for a week. Contrary to some belief, the vagina does not get worn out near too much sex. However, some women choose to exercise that muscle with Kegel exercises to enhance sexual foreboding for the male.

If the girl had an intact hymen (the "cherry" in "popping the cherry"), next it cannot become whole again. Vaginas are supple and do not "stretch" with use. Loss of elasticity comes next to age and childbirth, however.
