Is my term heavy?

Douching is doomed to failure, it upsets the vaginal PH levels. It is also can end in a miscarriage if done when you are pregnant (read the label on the box). I used to douche as in good health til my gynecologist told me how bad it be and that it can cause infections, etc. If that's not satisfactory for you to want to stop, it can also affect your Nuva Ring (it urges against spermicides, douching and the like). So it's not the method for you if you still plan on douching. For cleanliness, there's a great chain of feminine hygeine products from Summer's Eve, they have feminine wipe, wipes and deodorants. The dry-clean is hypoallergenic and I use it daily and the wipe are handy to carry around surrounded by my purse. I wouldn't reccomend the deodorants as those can upset your PH as well, but overall I would reccomend the vein. Anyway, you may still be spotting from the D and C or you may be bleeding as a reaction to the hormones surrounded by the Nuva Ring. You should be due for a 'period' soon, if you've be using the Nuva Ring since the D and C, so I would say that if you are still spotting after your term ends, then appointment the doctor. Don't be embarassed to ask questions, it affects your personal form and you should feel comfortable satisfactory with your doctor to know how to! Remember, your body has purely gone through a 'trauma' so it may take some time to adjust. Give it time. Sorry for your loss, moral luck :)

Help! missed period! im 12?

It is different near every woman. I think if you are worried next you need to appointment and ask the doctor that performed it. Spotting usually simply lasts a week, but can concluding longer depending on how well you restore to health and hormones play a huge factor in it too. I utter that if it continues for another week call and see the doctor. I right to be heard ask about the douching. You certaintly don't want to do anything that might result in some complications or worse yet an infection. Just hold on to clean on the outside. They own a whole sleugh of feminine products out that can relief. Also if you are worried use those wipes. They are great for getting rid of any smells you are worried just about and you will feel verbs each time you use the potty.

Is this typical?

You went through a D&C,,,in a minute you have to bring yourself to parley to your doctor about spotting. To an OB/GYN this is a highly common sound out heard, I would assume, almost on a daily idea. So, just ask. Being up front next to your doc is of utmost importance and he/she is the human being to quiety your anxieties about this.
I'm sorry to hear going on for the miscarriage -- but it sounds like you can try again ? I hope so and decision you the best of luck

I have cramps and skipped period(I'm a virgin)?

When I have my D & C I spotted for 4 weeks. Part of it may be due to the Nuva Ring also. If it was placed when your cervix be still healing it can irritate the skin. I wouldn't douche for at lowest 6 weeks in directive to have the uterus completely heal. They scrape the skin on your uterus during a D&C and a moment ago like scrape your knee, it take a long time to heal. More so because it's moist inside your body which significantly slows therapeutic down. The first time you do douche, use a VERY mild Betadine and water solution. You can but Betadine at Walmart by the pharmacy and seize a reusable plastic douche bag. They're trouble-free to clean and I in fact prefer that over the disposables now. Until after use feminine wipes and spray on the outside of your vagina.
