2 Tender Breasts and Painful Nipples- Normal Periods, on Ortho-Tri Lo- HELP!?

I am 21 years old, and enjoy been experiencing sensitive breasts and sore nipples for the last 5 days. I am relatively small chested (34A-B depending on where on earth I shop :o) ) and started my period when I be 13.
I didnt think anything of it at first, thought that possibly I had slept wrong or something, but in a minute the pain have been persist for over 3 days now.
I own done a lot of research myself on the internet, and so far, zilch that explains my problem.
I am on Ortho-Tri Lo (since I was 14) and just this minute took a break from the pill for December and January. I resumed taking it as normal surrounded by February.
I had a mundane period this month that begin on April 5th and ended on the 9th. The backache started on the 15th, and has persist since.
I am hoping someone might know whats up-
I don't have the route of going to the doctor's yet (NO HEALTH INSURANCE), and call my local community clinic, who cannot see me until the 30th of this month.
What could this be? Could I be pregnant, even on BC?

Doesn't sound similar to anything to be concerned about. Your breasts could a short time ago be growing. Maybe you've gained some counterbalance or are gaining immensity. Maybe the hormones from the pills are kicking in and making your breasts grow. Maybe your boobs just contracted to get bigger (happened to a few ethnic group I know that were small chested throughout highschool, consequently blew up like balloon later). Any rough sex or physical contact lately? Maybe that could be it. Unless you have strange lumps, sores, oozing nipples, and other striking cause for concern I would in recent times ride it out for awhile longer. For now in recent times take extra prudence of them and be gentle w/ them (looser softer bra, watchful of bumping things, stay away from groping, lotion in case they are growing, etc)
