I'm 12 and NO matter how copious pads I put on at equal time blood still comes on my underwhere, It it because I cut all the long curls close to my vagina?

What nature of pads are you wearing? Pads beside wings minister to prevent leaks (especially if blood is leak out the side). Are you using the kind of pad that have a delicate layer of plastic on the bottom that prevents leak? If not, try pads that do.
I used to seep all the time when i be about your age. My suggestion is to buy 7 pairs of black underwear and have those be your "spell panties". The stains don't show on black. That way, you won't ruin any more underwear.
