1. Sit in a hot tub.

10. Massage your uterus (rub the area on your belly where on earth you are having the pain).

I agree beside most of the people who answered this one. WTF are you thinking? It is something that can not be done of late because you want to avoid cramps. That is extremely adolecent, and to tell you the truth, slightly un-intelligent. There actually have to be something wrong with you contained by order for a doctor to do that, and by wrong I parsimonious cancer or something serious like that. No doctor anywhere will do it freshly because. And, if you have your uterus removed, you will never know how to have children. It will be impossible for you to hold children of your own. And, like some others, you will hit menopause, and when that happen, you will WISH AND PRAY for your cramps to come back. SO, This is the facts. Do us adjectives a favor, and grow up a little, and stop looking for any straightforward way out, you are lately going to have to concordat with it instead of individual so immature and inconsiderate.
