Well, short knowing what types of exercises you're already doing, I don't know how much I can help.
However, i've see my best results from doing Squats, lunges, and walking. If you aren't already doing squats, then I suggest you do those. They're the best for shaping the butt.

get a work out machine. but newly dont stop eating. if you stop ingestion then start to guzzle again, you belly will feel so hungry you'll touch like you want to drink more. so you'll actually gain consignment instead of loosing it.actually, depending on the exercises ur doing, u may be losing fat but acquirement muscle which of course bulks u up while grease just make u flabby, so even tho u think ur not losing u r because ur shaping ur butt and thighs. craft sense?
