Plan B precautions?

I have only taken the morning after pill about 60 hours after the condom broke (which be as soon as I could get it). I want to know if near is anything I can do or refrain from doing that would cause the pills more/less effective. I know that 60 hours is pretty delayed and I'm worried.

What's the risk of getting pregnant?

You can take it up to 72 hours after, but the in advance you take it, the better it is. Here is only some information of what to expect, but keep surrounded by mind everyone is different. First, you may start spotting a little from it and your length may be a little different than usual (it may come quicker or later). Anytime you do something that effects your cycle, it can change it. Some woman enjoy a more sensitive period (ex: more cramps, and more bloating). Some women become from the heart. You may also feel sick to your stomach. All of these things can be regular. If your period does come subsequently, don't worry as long as it runs for the average time and doesn't seem extremely lantern to others. You may want to consider birth control a long with condoms if you are sexually stirring because they are doing studied to prove that taking Plan B more than twice can cause complications when a woman wants to bring back pregnant. So please don't use this a birth control.
