Regarding anorexia or bulimia and how it affects personal relationships.?

On and off through different period of my life, I enjoy experienced bulimia. I am not horribly overweight, just slightly. I mull over it is more of a control thing. When things are going wrong, financially, in relationships, or in my brief, I have a disposition to revert back to bingeing and purging.

My husband of nine years is particularly supportive in most things. However, his ex wife be very lacklustre and needy. She used emotion as a weapon and ever time he tried to leave her, she would become sick.

About four years ago, I broke down and told him around my eating issues. He at once tensed up and told me that his ex-wife had ingestion disorders, said he saw her as weak and she disgusted him.

So apparently because of her, he is not sufficiently expert to provide me with support for this. Ever since I own not brought it back up. But as energy gets difficult I find myself going rear legs to it.

Did anyone else have relationship problems because of your consumption disorder? Is it normal for him to be angry?

First, I think you want to help yourself out first. While it is dutiful to have the support of another personality, know that a lot of whether you can verbs through depends on yourself.

Second, bulimia and binge eating are not to be trifled next to. They are medical conditions that need professional back. (So it is a misconception to perceive this as being "weak"). Early detection and treatment in the past it becomes severe is noteworthy for recovery. My proposal is that you go achieve some help.

Third, it will be a bonus if your husband can conduct you to see the doctor. The doctor can set things right by explaining about this condition.

Fourth, you should read up give or take a few your disorder. Being educated roughly speaking what you are suffering from helps.
