My close friend is 14 this year and flat-chested?! is that possilbe will it stay close to this forever or wat?

she is completly flat...she can like don wear any bra and not a soul will notice...btw the bra beside cup don suit her too big for her.. is there anything wrong?

No. There is nothing wrong near her. I think you want to stop being so concerned next to the size of your friend's breasts and realize that everyone develops at different rates.

She's one and only 14. She has plenty of time to develop. If she doesn't, it's not the shutting down of the world. I had a friend who be over-developed ("F" cup), and she was surrounded by pain adjectives the time from having to lug those things around. She finally have to have a breast money off. I am so glad that I'm not big busted.
