How to maintain your consignment?
I've have the toughest time taking off basically 1 pound. I'm thinking I wasn't doing enough of my tread climber. I'd do lone 25 minutes or 30 if I was up to it. Either I'm too tired to do more or I don't enjoy enough time.
Nutritionally, I get through very athletic. I do like sugar, so I try to enjoy as little as possible during the week. Its no different on weekends too. I've never ever binged.
This is weird, race don't usually get motivated after one minorly ill. But losing that 1 pound due to some impossible food made a nice difference. I look fitter.

Usually 103...thanks to my metabolism
I don't want to gain or lose more.I don't want to look starved.
How do I hold my 102 figure?
if I can't hang on to my new weight
I'm still comfortable human being a 103...even a 4.

The equation is intensely simple. If you want to maintain your counterweight, you have to burn as heaps calories as you take surrounded by. Remember to include your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) in the calories you burn daily in need doing anything at all.
You don't hold to exercise everyday, but if you take 3-4 days out of your week to put surrounded by some exercise and burn extra calories you should be able to continue.
And don't eat fried foods, things beside trans fat or processed food. Once a week is fine, but not adjectives the time!
