How can I make these menstrual cramps and bloating move about away?!?

It's the second day of my term and I'm suffering from some major cramps and bloating..I've taken Midol and it's only just not working..Is here anything else I can do..foods I can eat..I a short time ago need to brand name this stop..it's so uncomfortable...lend a hand..

I'd try Aleve for the cramps. As for the bloating, you may want to temporarily try a "hose pill" (e.g., diurex). Drink as much water as possible (I know this is counterintuitive, but it can work wonders). Don't OVERdo it next to the water, as expected, but drink plenty of it.

Call your doctor and ask for agony medication. You could have a problem if Midol isn't helping you.

Have you tried extra strength midol instead? I enjoy heard drinking bannanas helps. You can grasp a face cloth and catch it wet, but squeeze the excess wet out then put it surrounded by the microwave, then put it on your stomach for awhile. Hope I help :)

take 800mg of ibuprofen.. that really works for me! i bring them too and that works. but ask your doctor if it's ok for you to take them. some relations can't really handle 800 because they enunciate it knocks them out, or they catch an upset stomach or something. i don't get anything! roughly speaking the bloating i don't know i just operate with it!
