go have a pregnancy experiment done.you aren't supposed to have ur extent when ur pregnant. some women do, but it's rare. move about to a OB/GYN and get checked out.well brought-up luck!

It is unlikely a miscarriage. It is most likely to be one of two things. Either you goofed on your birth control and it is messing beside your body, or you are pregnant. When a woman becomes pregnant, near is often something specified as "implantation bleeding" so this could likely be a sign of pregnancy as resourcefully. Best of luck!
