Malpractice Suit?

I had surgery final year and it didn't turn out right. I confronted the doctor of his mistake and he told me that it wasn't him it was me - meaning the route I healed. I told him that I disagreed because when I come home I was crying roughly speaking the results.

I need to know how to be in motion about file a malpractice suit and if this mistake is even considered malpractice.

Does anyone know any good sites for finding out how masses times this particular doctor have been sued?

You can do background checks on anyone. Most importantly you can find out from the state board on this doctor. They can check on his license and find out everything. Don't ever consent to a doctor convince you that it's the way you heal. They might just be covering up their mistake praying you aren't smart adequate to catch on. Get a second and third view. And get that evaluation from a doctor that isn't local. Doctors are all friends near each other around town and make a contribution each other head up. So find a doctor that doesn't know him/her.
