Whoever wrote this is completely correct until they said watch out. Precum does not contain sperm unless there have been an ejaculation. Even a day-old ejaculation. Urinating removes some of the sperm but not adjectives. Part of the job of precum is to "wash" out the penis to ensure a undamaging journey for the sperm when it DOES come. Precum have no sperm in it itself, lone sperm that has be washed away on its egress.

Pre- is made completly separate from semen and sperm.
