A diagnosis of Endometriosis can individual be confirmed through surgery. If the disease is suspected based on symptoms, in attendance are medical suppressive measures that can be tried, i.e., the coil you mention, continuous oral contraceptives, depo Provera, etc. Some doctors even put their undiagnosed patients on GnRH therapy resembling Lupron without a surgical diagnosis, but this is careless. Diet, nutrition, and other alternative therapies can be tried near moderate success as ably, but the gold standard of diagnosis and important treatment is laparoscopic surgery where it can be confirmed and removed. Birth control opinion?

You need surgery to diagnose endometriosis and after if you do have it you can be treated w/ pills or the mirena IUD.

Comfort intake?

You are in a tough situation. Even if you enjoy the lap and they confirm a diagnosis, your treatment option do not change. I have a lap a month ago, and I wont' fake, it was not fun. The most frustrating is that it didn't effect my prognosis or treatment at adjectives.
I would advise study as much as possible before pursuing traditional tablets treatment options. I am research more and more about the glum side effects and risks associated with taking the pill, drug-induced menopause, IUDs and most traditional prescription practices for treatment of this largely unknown condition.
