I took the shot from 94 to 2001 when I broke my hip joint. I be only 32. They did a bone density assessment and found that I had the emergence stages of osteoporosis. Due to the shot my body had stopped absorbing calcium! I could drink gallons of milk and run supplements and it wouldn't help. I in a minute have pins in my right hip. My gyn suggested I look into the class goings-on lawsuit but there are no firms participating here suit in my nouns. Now I've noticed that the long-suffering info warns of bone loss. Too impossible it's too late.
I too gain weight. I be a size 7 and ended up a size 16. As soon as they took me stale the shot I started to lose weight and after 6 years I'm rear to my regular size with for a moment hard work.

I took one shot and developed bruises all over my body. I didn't hold another shot, but it took 8 months for me to get my time of year again.havent ever have the shot. but no person should b on any contraception (except condoms, etc) for that amount of time. it does really rumple ur body

I truly believe that adjectives forms of birth control are scary - DEPO is one of the scariest...sorry to hear more or less what you are going through. Get checked for osteoporosis - it is a side effect you may be unaware of.I took it for approaching 3 cycles, I gained going on for 20 lbs each time I get a shot, I had to quit that be ridiculous . Ever since I gained that substance I've had such an incrediblely unyielding time losing it. I wouldn't recomend it to anyone either. OO and it also have screwed up my periods and I quit taking it several years ago and my period are still not back to regular.
It can actually embezzle up to two years for the medicine to capture out of yor system. That really sucks it gave you arthritis.

WOW what a story! So sorry to hear it. I took a single Depo shot and I feel like I be loosing my mind. I was SO angry adjectives the time. I was told that the minute I get it I became a bh and stayed that style for the length of time that I be on it. I HATED feeling similar to that. I got vertebrae on the pill (which I have be on for almost ten years) and felt better until presently. I've been stale of it for almost a year and cannot get pregnant. It's really impossible. Talk to a lawyer, you enjoy a strong argument. Hope you get to response better and congrats on your baby.I participated within clinical trials for this drug back contained by the early 80's.
