Why are some family...?

So I'm 22 and when I was born contained by '84 the doctors told my parents I would never be able to "amble or talk" and they had to agree on whether to "keep" me or not. My aunt, mom's sister, actually suggested she thought it'd be best to not confer me life because, according to the doctors, it wouldn't be a "normal" energy (see above). Obviously, they chose to give me enthusiasm. And I've always be able to step since I was approaching 9 months and began conversation at a normal age too. I've lived a typical life; graduate HS; I'm in college very soon; have have boyfriends; etc; been to frequent vacations within U.S. and around the world.

One summer few years back I took a Philosophy class and in that was this guy, my age, surrounded by a wheel bench. He told us when he was born the doctors said he'd never be capable of walk (can't remember if he said anything in the order of talking). And also asked his parents if they wanted him to live or die. And HE IS surrounded by a wheel bench for like b/c the doctors be right in his crust.
