Anemic and Dont know why?

I hold be anemic ever since i have my c-section within jan. It have be at 10 but later week it be 9. And very soon it is 8.5. I hold be taking iron pills for yesteryear week and it keep going down. Ive have kidney problems within days gone by and ive be have gallbladder problems as ably latley. i hurt and i have a feeling similar to ive be hit by a truck. Whats wrong next to me? And why does it save getting worst?
