The arches on both my foot are hurting slightley?
What could be causing this? I wouldn't read out I'm on my feet more than the average character and I don't have extremely illustrious arches but I do wear this one pair of flip flops like mad but I haven't noticed them mortal uncomfortable I really approaching them. Sooo watcha think.

OMG...I be just going to ask if you ever wear flip-flops...! Then, I clicked on your Q and see that you do. Better quit ...they are totally flat. As a thing of fact, nearby was an show on TV lately in the closing week, that said flipflops cause the problems you're experiencing; & next to the popularity of them, there's lots of the problems presently for foot doctors & unless you want to be 25 years old...and FORCED to wear 'orthodics' contained by your shoes --- EVERY PAIR.! ALL THE TIME...! I'd quit !
& the last piece you want is to let a doctor do anykind of surgery on your foot! You'll NEVER get into ANY cute shoes ever again.

Your foot are arched and your wearing flat flip fliops?Maybe you hold a high instep. Its in reality on the top of your feet and flip-flops aggrevate it. You want arch support.
Here's a test for dignified instep:if your laces on your sneakers are close to, far apart and not laying flat, they give the impression of being to get wider on the top of your foot, you own a high instep.
