If you want to exercise, go for it. It patently can't hurt...and it WILL strengthen your heart, your muscles, and it will increase your lung capacity.
If you're feeling like to share your height & counterweight, you're already one step better than me! And yes...I have some exercise equipment, but you know what my fav exercise is?!? Walking my dogs!

hey from a fellow "short" gal, I know how you grain. I'm not at 155 lbs but still have robustness stuff and do need to exercise. My assessment is this, I think if you find other on some usable exercise equipment, not just that exercise bike which will become a different coat hanger! ;o) But something you AND your kids can use, maybe a treadmill, some of those mini appendage weights, they come in a set i regard and go from I don`t know 2 pounds to 10 lbs, an exercise bike, or one of those step things. You and your kids can start making daily or weekly exercise a fun and regular item.You can be happy next to how you are, but I've learned only just exercise really needs to become regular and not "something you hold to do". Find something you know you will want to do and get it and achieve your kids involved. Put on some fun music and everyone can do five or ten sit up's they can help respectively other. It's spring now, step to a local park or a track and start walking. I think it would be fun for everyone.
