check your ankle for bruising and swelling. If in that is, see if you can find a way to seize some ice on it as soon as possible and elevate your ankle to stop the swelling. If you can walk on it short sharp pains go ahead, generalized achy throbbing is acceptable.
As soon as you draw from the chance though you stipulation to get rime on it and elevate. That will help tremendously!
i did the same piece and rolled my ankle playing basketball. from what everyone tells me, simply remember RICE. REST--Make sure you allow it to heal completely back any strenuous activity otherwise you will aggrevate it again.
ICE--this will prevent anymore swelling.
COMEPRESSION--keep it braced or bandaged(ace) for support. double sox if neither is handy.
ELEVATE--keep it up and stale the ground. preferable above the heart. Just remember to add RICE whenever it swells! :)
