I lift Yaz birth control and forgot to take one of the white sitting pills?

What do I do in this travel case? Throw the missed one away or start new pack?

The sitting pills are just "reminder" pills so you maintain in the need of taking your pill every day. If you miss one, no biggie.

I usually merely throw the inactive pills away and after start the next pack a week after I threw the ripened pack away.
